Lista International set out to introduce their line of premium, professional storage products to a new consumer audience and tapped ExNihilo to create a website for the job. Targeted at a high-income, sophisticated home hobbyist or enthusiast audience, the site was to lead the user through to a successful purchasing experience. Understanding how much this consumer group appreciates knowledge and sharing with like-minded souls, ExNihilo recommended an educational approach. The site needed to offer considerable information to the user, including the ability to learn from – and share with – others of a similar mind. Through the careful construction of user paths and contextually related information, we created a thorough and thoughtful purchase process. The site launched recently to great reception.
