To make sure we’re consistently able to deliver quality and best practices, we apply our own carefully designed, 5-phase project process that takes us from discovery (where we learn all we can about you and your project) through to launch and maintenance (we help you plan for this, too). This step-by-step process ensures that we can define clear, well-articulated requirements up front, and then systematically build to those requirements so what you get is exactly what you expected to get.

And while it’s statistically impossible to produce software that’s free of problems, our rigorous process allows us to find and resolve issues early and thoroughly. Believe us, squashing bugs is far more satisfying when you’ve got the time to fully appreciate their demise.

Our approach is well defined and rigorous, but it’s far from one-size-fits-all.

We like to think of our clients like the like home-baked cookies often found in our office kitchen (thanks, Pam!): each one is delicious, but a little different from the next. Every customer has an important, but distinct, set of needs and expectations. We work hard to understand those and what they mean to you before we define what success looks like for each project.

And while we use the same methodical processes as the big guys, our small size and agility give us the ability to make adjustments on the fly when we need to. Sticking to the program is most effective and efficient for both you and us, but not if it means ignoring some important new piece of information or changing dynamic. Come on, we live in an ever-changing world, after all. Stuff happens.
